Welcome to Sunshine On Water Creative Play! We’re so excited to help you jump into creative play with our toys, books, and gifts.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!

⏱ Processing Times

  • In-Stock and Handmade Items: 3–7 business days

  • Print-on-Demand Items (shirts, caps, hoodies): 2–7 business days

  • Books and Toys (including dropshipped items): 2–7 business days

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

🚚 Shipping Times

  • USA Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • USA Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal service delays, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

🛍 Combined Orders

Some items may arrive in separate packages. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible from different fulfillment partners.

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🚫 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please email us at sunshineonwatercreativeplay@gmail.com. We’ll help investigate and work to make it right. SunshineOnWater is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
